  • No one that I have talked to with a Netflix subscription have gotten any DVD mailed for over a week. Also some have a notation that they will ship movies on Monday (not last Friday as Netflix is claiming). Some still have no updates at all in their queue.

  • OK Ronald you are being logical and I think that may go over the heads in charge of Netflix. They are also ethically challenged!

  • I am still waiting for any emails or DVDs or anything from Netflix. Last DVDs returned on August 8th still show that they are at home. Also queue now has only 15 movies in it. They were the last 15 entered so I think they still may have some issues to deal with.

  • According to this article shipping has resumed. I have called several people that I know have Netflix subscriptions and non of them have received DVDs since August 8th for some and August 9th for others. It does not seem to subscribers that it is up and running.

  • I also wanted to add that to me a good company will have excellent customer service. I have not always found the customer service of Netflix top notch. According to other postings here I think that others have had less than a stellar experience with Netflix customer service.

  • I will probably stay with Netflix but with new season of fall TV coming up I will drop to one at a time since that is about all I am averaging anyway.

  • My biggest complaint is the longer I am with Netflix the worse the service gets. Before adding bells and whistles maybe Netflix needs to concentrate on the basics.

  • I agree with Stormy. Bad service is bad service, there should be a refund not a joke given to customers. Also I suspect that meistermama is a Netflix plant trying to talk everyone into believing what a good company Netflix is. I suspect a conspiracy :)
